Join instructor Julie Morissette for a fun, hands-on class where you and a partner will prepare one of five different cookies or confections. At the end, you’ll leave with a beautifully packaged assortment—perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself. A delightful way to start the Christmas season!

What to Expect

At Gisela’s Haus, our classes are all about learning new foods and techniques while connecting with others over conversation and good food.

• This is a hands-on, 2-hour class. You’ll be standing most of the time, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
• Classes are partner-based, but if you’re attending solo, don’t worry—we’ll pair you up, and you might just leave with a new friend!
• Long hair should be tied back. Aprons are provided.
• You’ll have water and tea available, and you’re welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverage.
• Please note: recipe substitutions for food allergies cannot be made on the day of class.
